Buying a car can be very stressful. We visited several dealerships and test drove several cars. The level of sales person experience at some dealership varies widely. Some sale men don’t really know muc dealerships and test drove several cars. The level of sales person experience at some dealership varies widely. Some sale men don’t really know much about their cars when you ask them a question they say I will check and get back with you. I can read the sticker on the window. I expect my sales man to know more than what is on the sticker for the cars they are selling. At Ken Garff Honda the sales staff is very knowledgeable about their cars. When I had questions they had answers. They knew the ins and outs about their cars and are continuously educating their customers about the cars. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. We had four cars we were trying to choose from. We finally selected the Honda Civic for its good gas mileage, reliability, and roominess. Only complaint we had was it took 5 hours of negotiating to get a good price on the vehicle and that seemed excessive. More
