I stopped by Walter's Mercedes Benz in Riverside looking to buy a vehicle and I'm very happy with my experience and purchase at the dealership. As soon as I arrived on-site the personnel were very welcoming to buy a vehicle and I'm very happy with my experience and purchase at the dealership. As soon as I arrived on-site the personnel were very welcoming and professional. I was greeted by Irvin Solis who was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. Irvin showed me to the lot and we went on a test drive of the two vehicles I was interested in. Irvin was able to clear up any doubts I had about the vehicle so that I could make an informed decision on which one better fit my needs. We then went to the main showroom where we discussed the financing of the vehicle. Irvin was able to clearly answer all my questions regarding the financing in a pressure-free environment. The information he gave me was a big help in making the ultimate decision of purchasing the vehicle. I am very pleased and grateful for Irvin's help and his attention to detail. I've been visiting different dealerships looking for a car but the experience at Walter's Mercedes Benz was the best by far and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and family. Irvin at Walters made my car buying experience enjoyable. I did not spend hours at a dealer waiting to sign paperwork or talk to finance managers.
