I don’t think I’ve ever been out of a dealership in less than 5-6 hours and that’s when I’ve pretty much known the car I wanted. Today we walked in at 9. We test drove 2 vehicles and looked at many others. We walked out of the dealership at 1210 with a new car for my son! Again, I can’t thank Regina enough. She was awesome!!! More

We found Roush online and decided to take one last go at getting a new car and I’m so thankful we did. I was a little uneasy due to the previous dealership running our credit, but the team here at Roush made things happen and could feel the genuine compassion to want to help and not just make a sale. I am beyond overjoyed by the passionate sales team you have here and couldn’t have had a better experience. The team is so respectful and treated my situation with care and made me feel like a priority and not just another person. Wait 2 hours just to be told you can't take it home We came at 7:30pm, had been communicating about a used car. The key was lost. They searched for 30min and told us they could cut a new one. We left very disappointed and will not be back. Make sure you can live up to what you tell your customers! We would've bought it that night. More

Ryan G. spent so much time with me making sure all the details were taken care of and helping me from the time I pulled on the lot interested from the time I left. He even has helped me with questions since getting the car. He is fully intentional about finding the right car for you and has been extremely helpful via email, call, text and in person. I also need to say thank you to the service dept. for accommodating some preferences for me as well as the managers for just making things happen and have a “customer first” mentality. Lastly, shout out to Terry Sopp who was also helpful in this process and is another used car salesman to find when you arrive at Roush! More

I was looking for a very specific model and in This review is based off of the service and help I have received even before I have purchased the car. I was looking for a very specific model and inquired initially through their website. I was contacted immediately the next morning about what I was looking for and that they were working on it. Within a few hours I was contacted and although they couldn't get exactly what I wanted right away, they were getting one in about a month and that I could reserve it. By the middle of the afternoon the Buyer's Contract was issued and I was assigned an incoming unit. Spyros, my sales consultant, was lighting fast with his communication. I was beyond happy and satisfied. We set up meeting the following week and I was able to come in and have all of my questions answered and gain peace of mind with the people I was working with. I couldn't be more happy with the service I have received so far and should have my new car soon. More
