IMELES was the ONLY sales person, out of about TWENTY! !! Toyota dealerships I visited, that actually LISTENED to my requests. I told him what I wanted; He delivered! I purchased my Toyota RAV4 from him, exactly how I wanted it, even a couple of more features on top. But, more important, IMELES also LISTENED to my PRICE request! I only had so much money I could afford. He made it happen. VERY HAPPY with IMELES! More
