Bought a new Honda Odyssey; Test drive was setup easily and it was nice that they let my wife and I take the vehicle out on our own. There were a few issues with delivery but it wasn't their fault at all and it was nice that they let my wife and I take the vehicle out on our own. There were a few issues with delivery but it wasn't their fault at all (snowstorms!), which dovetailed into issues getting things signed as my wife couldn't be there when we were able to pick up the vehicle. They quickly resolved the issues, and it was appreciated. More

My experience was wonderful. I was very specific in my search for a pre-owned CRV, after working through the sales folks Ian Rae took care of me. He was nothing shy of professional from the get-go. We were searching for a used SUV and found one on their website. We went down and took the vehicle for a test drive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this dealershi website. We went down and took the vehicle for a test drive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We purchased a vehicle from this location and it was everything we wanted, the price was a little more that what we wanted to spend but thats supply and demand. We drove the vehicle 2 times, 2 different everything we wanted, the price was a little more that what we wanted to spend but thats supply and demand. We drove the vehicle 2 times, 2 different days and it seemed fine, a few dings but thats used- there was no budge on the price either. We picked the vehicle up after we purchased it and neither windshield wipers worked, they gave us 1 key that was broke, taped with hockey tape and the other didnt work at all. The vehicle was tidy, but not detailed (all compartments were filthy). The glove box was full of personal information from the previous owner, including their children's school ID's. After driving it for a day we had to bring the vehicle back for the key replacements and the windshield wipers. It was an argument with the Used Car Manager because "I dont have time for this, you get what you get when you buy used" He then rudley led us to the service department and threw the keys at the service advisor and told them to "take care of this." We had to return again - there was a "jolt" in the transmission after driving 40km- the check engine light came on, a few sensor went... proving to us that they didnt complete the inspection. We returned to the dealership after calling them to advise them and it took 3/4 a day to repair sensors that were gone, it was a fight nevermind 3 different days of driving from North of Edmonton to the southside to deal with issues on the vehicle. We love the vehicle but like I said the customer service on the sales side is awful, never would I recommend anyone to Wheaton Honda to purchase. The service Department was great and the ladies at the Desk apologized for the many visits we made. We have not received any Thank You or calls to see how we like the vehicle and if there is anything that they could do. If you are in the market - Our advise-AVOID Wheaton Honda. More
