I hate the process and I especially hate parting with my money. Ready to buy a Pilot, I got a referral to Dwayne @ Acura Columbus. For the sake of car-buying completeness, I stopped in to test drive the car. I bought the car. I wish I could tell you how many car dealers have suggested I check with my husband before pulling the trigger on a car. Well, thanks, but I'm a physician and can make decisions all by myself. Despite my bad hair and worst sweatpants, everybody at Acura Columbus treated me professionally. Dwayne Turner was a delight! He's professional but not stuffy. He's fun. He's silly. He's informative. He's so personable. The whole experience was terrific and actually fun, from Dwayne to Ian who both stayed super late to get the car out the door for us.
