Most everything went well, but at the end it was late and the detailing shop was closed. As we were not nearby, the sales representative said they would try and get us a detail at a nearby Jim Ellis store. I the detailing shop was closed. As we were not nearby, the sales representative said they would try and get us a detail at a nearby Jim Ellis store. It seemed like a great customer service event. However, we never received any thing on the detail even after contacting the sales representative a few days later. You missed a great chance to give superior customer service and satisfaction. More
