The sales process with Hussain was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. He was fair, transparent, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism! Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when we moved into the finance portion. We worked with Tracie, and the interaction was uncomfortable from the start. Her demeanor came across as aggressive and not personable. While reviewing the paperwork, I noticed my monthly payment was about $10 higher than what had originally been presented by Hussain. It wasn’t a major issue, we simply asked for clarification. Her response, however, was passive aggressive. She said, “Didn’t you used to work at “the bank”? You should know exactly what happened here,” which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The interaction lacked basic courtesy and left a negative impression. I understand that the finance department may be short-staffed, as this was mentioned multiple times, but that doesn’t excuse the tone or treatment. After waiting several hours, it was disappointing for the final step of the process, and the last interaction before leaving with a new car, to feel so unpleasant. Hussain made this experience outstanding on the front end, but unfortunately, the finance interaction tainted what should have been an exciting moment. If I knew I would have to work with Tracie again, I would strongly reconsider returning based on that experience alone. More

I had a truly outstanding experience working with Hussain (sales associate) and Jim (sales manager). I asked a lot of questions ahead of time, and they always responded quickly with clear, detailed answers that made the process easy and transparent before I even stepped into the dealership. They also knew I was traveling from nearly two hours away, so they understood the importance of making the experience as seamless as possible. When I arrived with my husband and toddler in tow, everything continued to go smoothly. Hussain and Jim were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. DePaula has a great vibe—even while under construction. The entire experience was relaxed and low-pressure, which I really appreciated. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. And they even entertained and doted on my toddler—definitely a win-win. Thanks again for the Car Fox!!!! Buying a vehicle with a toddler along for the ride can make things a bit more complicated (though he does love trucks!), but they were incredibly accommodating and patient. It certainly didn’t hurt that DePaula has a nice snack area—and they even treat you to lunch, which honestly felt unheard of to me. Such a nice touch. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism from both Hussain and Jim was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend working with them, and I would gladly return to DePaula in the future. If you’re in the market for a new truck, definitely ask for Hussain and Jim—you’ll be in excellent hands. PS -- my new truck is AWESOME! I love it even more than I thought I would :) More

Lenny is my goto Serviceman he is very thorough and always has the customer in mind. He let's you know if your wipers are needing replacement and anything else that needs attention.
