Howard Bush I came to your dealership as a result of another dealership failing to properly diagnose my car after they had it 3 different times each over night st I came to your dealership as a result of another dealership failing to properly diagnose my car after they had it 3 different times each over night stays. From the minute I met Howard I knew I was in the right hands. He was thorough, walked me through my warranty, previous work completed, work needed, and recommendations. Pro-active communication, not once did I need to follow up with him. I knew exactly what was going on with my car every step of the way and their were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. Accountability, Collaboration, Professionalism, Business Acumen - all were spot on. You have won a Customer a for life because of Howard and the techs that worked on my car. I can not thank you enough! #RockStar service. All around above par / superior service. You exceed my expectations. Saved me money! My car had 25,000 miles on it so I thought it was time for an oil change also. when I spoke with my trusted Mr. Bush he reminded me I had been in with My car had 25,000 miles on it so I thought it was time for an oil change also. when I spoke with my trusted Mr. Bush he reminded me I had been in within the last 6 months and had not driven enough miles to warrant an oil change yet so they just checked the passenger airbag light that was a concern for me. After checking the system out thoroughly I felt much better about the safety and function of the system. Some other individuals may have taken advantage of a female customer. I appreciate Mr. Bush's time and honesty each occasion when I come in and he takes extra time to help me understand the workings and proper care of my vehicle. It is nice to have one special person I can trust with my car. More
