The reason I rated Pine Belt Chevrolet all 5's is because my Sales Associate Hoss Abdi is a true professional. Hoss was so patient. Even when we thought we knew what was best for us. He listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us at all. On the other hand he most definitely saved us major money by not goin was best for us. He listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us at all. We had been to 3 other dealerships that day (where we were mostly ignored because we were not buying a new car) and it was refreshing to walk through the door and feel welcomed and attended to right away. Pine Belt is a top notch organization. My wife and I went in last Friday, explained to Hoss and Eric what we wanted in terms of a vehicle and laid out an approach so my wife could demo a Suburban and a went in last Friday, explained to Hoss and Eric what we wanted in terms of a vehicle and laid out an approach so my wife could demo a Suburban and a Tahoe and make a buying decision by Thursday. She was engaged without any high pressure sales tactics but given the flexability to make a decision based on her needs. Today she has a 2012 Suburban sitting in the driveway due to the professionalism of the staff at Pine Belt. More
