Neither the malfunctioning AC or overheated engine issue has been fixed. This car is a safety hazard and I currently have four unresolved issues — none of which have been properly diagnosed. In fact, two of them are being subtly blamed on me, despite the fact that I’ve meticulously followed every recommended service interval and taken excellent care of this car. I was told at my most recent visit for the over heated engine issue, that 2 quarts of missing coolant is normal evaporation and it should be topped off every few months. Which is an extremely concerning and misleading claim, with even the ASE saying that’s not routine or normal for a newer modern car like mine with only 46,000 miles on it and is indicative of a leak or system failure. I have been deceptively misled twice now by this service department. They even blamed the rushing water sound I’ve been hearing for months coming from the front engine bay area, on my perfume bottle. It’s also very misleading concerning the managers friendly tone in his online reviews — in person, he was arrogant, rude, and dismissive. He showed zero concern for my safety knowing they sold me a dangerous and defective vehicle. He didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the service departments deceptive claims and even shouted “HOW IS IT MY PROBLEM” when I brought up the financial burden I’ve faced due to this faulty vehicle I was sold at his dealership. The manager also claimed publicly on a recent review that someone left in support of me and my protest sign, that all of my issues were fixed under warranty which is a bold faced lie, again, considering I have 4 unfixed issues. He even said he was willing to “assist me with a more reasonable offer,” concerning a buy back offer for this car which was also a lie - considering he had me trespassed from the property. This is not someone who stands by their word. In my experience, both he and the dealership have acted dishonestly on numerous occasions and unfortunately for them, since there has been no true accountability, they will continue to be exposed.
