I bought my ML63 and I will only say one thing Izabela and Heriberto are just not only a car sales people they are the best as a sales person and they know how to take care of customers all the till end a and Heriberto are just not only a car sales people they are the best as a sales person and they know how to take care of customers all the till end and after sales as well. (Which is hard to find) I will never buy my cars from anyone else but them. They were there till 11 pm at night to make sure we are taken care off without rushing us at all. You will not find this service for sure. Jon Helped us with finance and he is so great. Very knowledgeable about cars too. Izabela and Heriberto made my family and me feel like home just another car dealership. More

My experiencing purchasing my BMW X6 at this dealership was super awesome and I will definitely come back for future purchases! The GM was easy to communicate with and worked with my husband and I to make was super awesome and I will definitely come back for future purchases! The GM was easy to communicate with and worked with my husband and I to make a deal that we were happy with. The staff and my salesman Heriberto were very friendly and extremely helpful. We came into Motor Werks Cadillac in Barrington to purchase a used BMW X5 but due to the excellent customer service of Rick the GM and Herb in sales we not only purchased the X5 but we also purchased purchase a used BMW X5 but due to the excellent customer service of Rick the GM and Herb in sales we not only purchased the X5 but we also purchased a new Cadillac CT4. Rick the GM and herb were very professional, they helped me purchase a new srt8 Jeep on the spot. They were honest and professional. That’s everything I wanted, I was previously at another Jeep dealership, me purchase a new srt8 Jeep on the spot. They were honest and professional. That’s everything I wanted, I was previously at another Jeep dealership, I felt like they were playing shell games and not being completely transparent with me.
