Henry F. Aldrete Jr was born and raised in Erie, PA until he was about 10 years old. His mother, Vonnie moved their family of 4 to Phoenix, AZ where he finished High School. Henry graduated from Dobson High School and almost immediately started his professional career in a call center before finishing his call center career managing for one of the top call centers in the United States. After 8 years in the call center business Henry decided to challenge himself by entering into the car business. He started off working for a Nissan Dealership in Tempe, Arizona. After a few years he decided at 28 years old to move to his hometown Erie, PA where he began working at Bianchi Honda. He has always had passion and love for Honda. He is committed to making his customers comfortable with the buying experience and takes pride in loyalty to his customers. I can't really imagine how Bianchi could have made my experience any better - I had a top notch team helping my wife and I through the process of finding the vehicle we wanted and I'm ecstatic about it! experience any better - I had a top notch team helping my wife and I through the process of finding the vehicle we wanted and I'm ecstatic about it! I initially contacted Henry and made an appointment for that day to look at a Toyota Highlander. Henry introduced us to Dakota, who had us test drive the Toyota. While it was nice, it just didn't feel like the vehicle for me. That's where Dakota stepped in and suggested I try out the Pilot; this was absolutely what I was looking for. Dakota was knowledgeable about all of the features of the car and let me know about some of the things I might have missed if I had just taken the test drive on my own. Dakota was patient with us while we decided to look at another Pilot and drew up the paperwork on both to give us something to compare. Ultimately we went with the first Pilot we test drove (the Special Edition vs the EX-L) and I felt the price was pretty fair. Brandon then went over the financing which was super simple and a real smooth process - no pressure, no ridiculous upselling. He did go over warranty coverage and didn't really nudge us one way or the other. I ended up going with a basic extended warranty which fit my needs and my budget. One nice thing was Brandon actually had some personal experience with the coverage he was able to show us to demonstrate the value, which I appreciated. Jason Porreco also came by a couple times to talk to us during the process and ask us about how things were going. He was very friendly and personable and it's not often you go to a dealership and the owner is mingling with the customers - it gives you the impression that he's really involved with the day to day operations and customer experience and not just there to count the money so to speak. In fact, when I came back the next afternoon to drop off the extra key and paperwork for my trade-in he remembered me and my choice between the 2 vehicles. The car buying process can be a real pain but I really feel that Bianchi understands how to treat customers from test drive to drive home. So to sum it up, Henry knew exactly who to pair us with I think, Dakota was professional but really fun for the wife and I to talk to and work with, Brandon made the whole finance process like butter and Jason showed his dedication to the business and his customers. I don't know how you could go anywhere else - great cars, great staff, great service! More

Bianchi Honda is great. everyone there is professional, and the facilities are top notch when not under construction. Our Salesman, Mike Weise does a thorough and fantastic job. The owner Jason Porreco is usually found roaming around talking to current and potential customers. The only real issue we had was with the finance / warrantee salesperson. Instead of explaining the finance and loan structure, (even total cost would be nice), this guy was bent on selling the extended warrantee. He really ruined our new car experience by trying to convince us that the car we were spending $40000 was a piece of garbage and would most certainly break down. He however conveniently forgot to tell us about the 3 yr warrantee already on the vehicle. He threw a bunch of stories about other cars (Ford Bronco for one if you are reading this LA) at us and made us seem foolish for even buying the car. (What a story about a 2024 ford bronco that had $5000 worth of computer damage covered under warrantee at Ferrando Ford has anything to do with our new CRV still baffles me.) We only buy Hondas because of their durability, and this guy is literally telling us that it will certainly break. Hopefully no one else got this treatment there, but if they did I hope they write reviews and rectify the situation. More

Jamar Gregory, who assisted me with the financing details was also very helpful and friendly. All in all, everyone that I came in contact with at Bianchi Honda was kind and helpful.
