I bought my first Subaru through this dealer and had a poor experience. Because of this I bought my next Subaru from the South Orlando dealer and everything went great. When it came time to purchase my 3r poor experience. Because of this I bought my next Subaru from the South Orlando dealer and everything went great. When it came time to purchase my 3rd Subaru I was forced to come back to the Colonial location due to inventory issues. Fortunately I was approached by Hector and not the salesman who sold me my first Subaru. Hector was knowledgable about the cars and financing options and helped us quickly get a car and on the road. Totally different experience than my first time here. Thank you Hector. More

Hector was great! Very patient and not at all pushy, like I was expecting. He was personable, likable, and very easy to talk to. Probably the best car buying experience I have had. Re dealership: my sister bought a Subaru 2021 outback at another local dealership. They gave her a hour class on how her Subaru works along with the amenities that she purchased ( additional warranty, maintenance schedule, starlink, etc). I was not given that opportunity. Not sure if that is just specific to that dealer. More
