Went in with an Outback Onyx in mind. Nikki Diaz took care from there. Very professional. Put an order on the spot. Told me car may take 4-5 months as factory would be closing 2022 models Nikki Diaz took care from there. Very professional. Put an order on the spot. Told me car may take 4-5 months as factory would be closing 2022 models production in February when i went in. Luckily she called me outback would arrive in just 8 weeks! Exactly as i ordered. From there all papers where done rapidly, via email as I am a semi retired snowbird living in Puerto Rico a and taking a plane to do that would cost quite a bit for me. All paper signing was done using a remote e-signing web based program. My son who lives in Orlando was able to pickup the car in a breeze. Very pleased with the way it went. I would recommend this dealer and specially Nikki Diaz. More
