They have very good pricing and low add-on fees. No dealer fee and no pressure to finance or buy " advantage" packages. However we were charged for an additional transportation fee due to a dealer trade so they could make the sale. This was not discussed at signing and because the price we paid was a little lower than Wendell's price estimate and no line by line explanation took place at signing, we found it after reviewing all the paperwork in depth. That is partially on me but i think the Finance Manager should have done it regardless. Never had a fee charged when a dealer made a trade to get my business. Definitely would consider using this dealership for future purchases. We will see how the service department performs. More

He listened to us and didn't try any tricks (unlike a local car dealership in Lakeland we had visited earlier in the day). He brought us the car, let us test-drive it, and graciously and quickly helped us come to a good deal. He was open and honest, knowledgeable as well as personable. We can't say enough about what a nice young man and excellent salesperson he is. We will definitely come back to see him when we are ready to replace my husband's truck.
