Excellent experience with Hassan and Brandon. Car is terrific (except for a vmown speaker under the passenger seat which must have escaped the BMW inspection). My experience with BMW was amazing. Hassan was very patient with me going back and forth trying to make a decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. The service dept was good, however while my wife was waiting for the vehicle to be serviced she spoke to a sales rep about a newer x3 on the lot, we ended up coming to a deal, even though I was informed waiting for the vehicle to be serviced she spoke to a sales rep about a newer x3 on the lot, we ended up coming to a deal, even though I was informed that my trade had a bad car fax, funny how there were no accidents, I guess there was one previous to our purchase from this dealership, funny how we were not informed at time, now it’s relevant though, we requested that the add on package of nitrogen tires and added LoJack (outdated technology) be removed, it was refused, bottom line I will no longer service my vehicle here or buy from BMW of Sarasota again, I will make the policy known in reviews and to BMW USA, you can not force unwanted packages on clients, when I looked up LoJack on google, it stated that LoJack would be suspending sales as of March 2021, either way I don’t want the system. Good luck you lost a customer. More
