Hassan did as much as he could to help me out with the car. However, I was disappointed that the car wasn’t properly detailed at the time of delivery or when it was brought back to the dealer for a detail car. First visit to BMW of Sarasota on Wed morning, met Hassan and test drove, but then had to go to work and drive out of town. Where do I begin. ...after agreeing to buy the car, we were told the vehicle had been "detailed", but when we pointed out the dirt and lack of detail, especially from a ...after agreeing to buy the car, we were told the vehicle had been "detailed", but when we pointed out the dirt and lack of detail, especially from a BMW dealership, they agreed to get it detailed again, the air filter cover was not latched and engine bay looked dirty, the carpet was not properly detailed. Etc. Then while the car is getting detailed, we proceeded with dealing with their finance "leader" Shaun who was an arrogant tool who wanted us to sign and initial documents and when asked questions about documents he wanted us to initial, his response was: that's just the way it is or they're only internal documents with an arrogant attitude. He wanted us to sign papers accepting the vehicle as if we had inspected it already. Luckily, my husband refused to sign the documents until we physically inspected the vehicle. He acted put out the whole time and said, fine, we went to inspect the car and it still had the air filter not latched, engine bay was still dirty and it looked like they didn't use armor all at all, then we discovered there were ants in and outside the vehicle...the sales man tried his best to smooth things out, we refused to continue signing papers until vehicle was properly detailed and ants removed. We went to get dinner while we waited for vehicle to be done properly. We got a call from our awesome salesman telling us they had to keep the vehicle overnight to put it through an ozone treatment for the ants. We came in from out of town to buy this car, most people would have walked away from the deal, but decided to come back the next day. Our salesman and sales manager Jerry lowered the price $300 for our inconvenience. We came back the next day, the detailed was still not what we expected from a BMW dealership, but agreed to continue signing papers. We requested a new finance leader who actually acted professional. As we were getting ready to leave, we tried the 2nd key FOB and it didn't work, our sales guy changed the battery, but it still did not work. We didn't want to be there another second so they agreed to reimburse us for the cost the Infiniti dealership charges us to reprogram the FOB. And guess what, when we got home, we still had 100s of ants in the vehicle, we have been treating the ants for a couple of days hoping we can fix the issue the dealership should have fixed before letting us take the car. This experience has been a nightmare, never would I have expected this from a large well-known dealership like BMW of Sarasota...I am appalled at how terrible the entire experience has been. I hope upper management reads this review and investigates, because there are many lessons to be learned so nothing like this ever happens to another customer. If I could give it negative stars, I would...a beyond low budget experience. I would never buy another vehicle from them. Like I said, the sales guy Hassan was the only bright spot of the whole experience. Don't be bullied by Shaun and please do a detailed inspection of your vehicle before leaving the lot. More

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. They go out of their way to accomodate their customers’ requests. My favorite part of my last service appt was the courtesy video of Friendly staff.
