Hassan was great, but we weren't happy with the trade-in value. The KBB condition used to value the car was "Fair" and doesn't match the condition of the car we traded in. It seemed like whomever was making the decision wouldn't consider the true condition of our trade. By definition our car qualified as Very Good. This inaccurate valuation cost us $2000. More
