So much so that you can inquire online and get a total out the door price and accurate trade in evaluation before even going to the dealership. Sure, they have different services available like any dealership (detailing, modifications, warrantees), but they're all presented as optional, and if you're not interested then they won't pester you about it. Working with Harvey on the sale was great! Apart from being very knowledgeable, he's also the man to talk to if you're interested in your car's audio setup. He'll answer any question you have no matter how inane and will always make sure to check in that everything in the process makes sense. It made my first time buying from a dealer a very stress free experience. Obviously, the one downside for this place would be if you're the kind of person that fancies themselves and expert haggler. Because of their transparency, the prices are set at what they are. I feel personally i got a better deal than i could have anywhere else for this vehicle considering its scarcity and the coming trade war. But if you want to haggle, which most people don't, just remember that prices are set here. More
