I specifically went to Toyota of Naperville to purchase a Camry Hybrid and work with Harvey Nyien. I purchased a Prius from this dealership and Harvey 4 years ago. I thought the service was great then and Camry Hybrid and work with Harvey Nyien. I purchased a Prius from this dealership and Harvey 4 years ago. I thought the service was great then and I had a similar experience with this purchase. I have had all the service on my Prius there and I intend to do the same with the Camry. They do excellent work and I trust their opinion. The dealership is clean and people are very friendly. I have recommended Harvey Nyien to my sister and she plans on contacting him when she is ready to update her 2 2001 toyotas. More

As we entered the lobby somebody greeted us right away and asked us if they could be of any help. We were accommodated right away and was even offered coffee/juice/bottled water. Mr. Harvey Nyien was very and asked us if they could be of any help. We were accommodated right away and was even offered coffee/juice/bottled water. Mr. Harvey Nyien was very accommodating, very efficient and very professional. He was able to answer all our questions and is very well knowledgeable about the vehicle. He went an extra mile in order to satisfy our needs as customers. He was able to give us options and was not at any time during the course of our conversation showed that he was in a hurry to sell the product. He made sure we understood everything from the vehicle we were interested in to the process of buying and trading-in our old vehicle. We can attest that he made our buying experience stress free and satisfying. My husband and me have been in other Toyota dealers throughout the years and we can say that our Toyota of Naperville experience is the best. The facility is very clean, spacious and has a wide selection of new/pre-owned vehicles. All staff were noted to be very professional looking. Toyota of Naperville is lucky to have employees like Mr. Harvey Nyien, Mr. Dave Castellanos and Ms. Karina Cano for a job well done! More

Fair deal without a bunch of bull. Our 2007 Prius had 140,000 miles and it was time to start replacing some expensive parts. I had a great experience at Dan Wolf Toyota. The staff was extremely curtious and knowledgeable. The service waiting area is also the best I've ever seen with complimentary coffee, internet access and co was extremely curtious and knowledgeable. I stopped at the dealership for service on my 2010 Avalon Limited, and while waiting (it only took them about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it), I stopped in the showroom to look at the new Aval Limited, and while waiting (it only took them about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it), I stopped in the showroom to look at the new Avalon. Sales associate Harvey Nyien approached me and in a very low key, professional way, answered my questions about the new, completely redesigned Avalon. He mentioned that he had rented this model on his recent vacation, and it was quite obvious that he was able to answer my questions from personal experience rather than just studying the brochure. Long story short: within 30 minutes he had my 2010 appraised and we struck a deal on the 2013. I drove it home later that afternoon. Although all of my experiences at this dealership have been positive over the last three years, Harvey clearly stands out for me. He is a good listener, he provided solid, knowledgeable answers regarding a model which has only been out four months, and there was no pressure. I would most heartily recommend him. More

My wife and I worked initially with Harvey and then returned about two weeks later and worked with Bill because Harvey was on vacation. Both Bill and Harvey were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, returned about two weeks later and worked with Bill because Harvey was on vacation. Both Bill and Harvey were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but seemed to know when to leave us alone and when to offer unsolicited information. They never applied any pressure - no hard sell - which we truly appreciated. The only negative part of the experience for us was during the finalizing the deal stage. If you feel it is important to try to sell things like extra protection packages and coverages/warranties that should be brought up before the final price and negotiations are completed. It is kind of a sleazy bate and switch type tactic to get someone to agree to a price and then try to pressure them into buying extras after the fact that may push the overall deal over someones price comfort range. The method that Dave in particular used and the pressure he applied trying to 'guilt' me into buying some of the extras was a bit of a turn off. Again overall, very happy with the experience and the product. The final steps could simply be handled in a little more upfront fashion in my opinion. More

After 10 years, it was time to trade in my Highlander that I loved so much. I decided to down size to a Rav4 and Harvey took the time to locate the Shoreline Blue Pearl that I wanted so badly. He was v that I loved so much. I decided to down size to a Rav4 and Harvey took the time to locate the Shoreline Blue Pearl that I wanted so badly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing out the different and new features on the 2013 Rav 4 from my 2003 Highlander. He took me to the test drive track for some practice. He never rushed me or pressured me during this process. This is my 3rd Toyota and I would not buy anything else but a Toyota. I have always been impressed with the sevice at the dealership and will continue to do business with them. Thanks again Harvey!! More
