Harvey Nyien was fantastic to work with! Harvey made us feel welcome to the dealership and took us through every step of buying a car. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Harvey made sure that we had all of the information that we needed to make the best decision for us. Even before pulling off of the lot - Harvey gave a thorough walk-though of all of the car's features and functions - which was incredibly helpful! (I realized that I had more questions than I thought.) Car buying is quite a long process - and I'm so glad that we worked with such an informative and kind dealer. I have already told friends about my awesome experience and I look forward to the next time I get to work with Harvey! . . . . and I LOVE my Scion iQ!!!! More

Working with the people at this location was completely different. They treated me as a valued customer, not a dollar sign they were trying to shake the lost out of. Harvey was fantastic. While his customer service was absolutey exceptional, it was his knowledge and thoroughness that really stuck out the most. Many times he would answer questions I didn't even realize I had until he brought the subject up and definitely made me feel great about leasing a new Corolla. Additionally, his follow up service has been phenomenal as well. It's been one week now since I've left the lot, and Harvey has made it clear that he is always available should I have any questions or issues with the car, and this is something that definitely puts my mind at ease. This was without a doubt the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of, and I will recommend Toyota of Naperville and Harvey to anyone in the market for a new car. More

I found my experience with the Toyota of Naperville's dealership to be very professional, very relaxed environment and caring individuals within this organization. Normally, in dealing with car dealersh dealership to be very professional, very relaxed environment and caring individuals within this organization. Normally, in dealing with car dealerships in the past, it can be a very nervous and tense atmosphere in purchasing a vehicle. Not sure if you are being taken advantage of or feeling the complete truth has not been related to you. All of my questions and comments were answered in a truthful manner by the employees who I encountered on Saturday, July 21, 2012 in which I feel very comfortable in purchasing my 6th Toyota vehicle in the last ( 15 ) years. Great customer service seems to be lost art in America but Harvey Nyien reasurred my concerns by taking the extra mile in the service that was provided to me. I will recommend Harvey and this dealership to all of my family and friends in purchasing their next vehicle / Toyota if applicable. They surpassed all of my expectations because I was treated with the utmost respect and I was upgraded to a preferred owner. Thank you. More

I obtained a good price through their Internet sales staff, then visited the dealership on the following Saturday to discuss my trade-in. I took a test drive of the 2012 Highlander, we agreed on a final staff, then visited the dealership on the following Saturday to discuss my trade-in. I took a test drive of the 2012 Highlander, we agreed on a final price after a reasonable amount of time, and I was on my way home with the new vehicle just after noon. I am a retiree and, after years of annoying negotiations when buying a new car, I was pleasantly surprised at how professionally and respectfully everything was handled by Toyota of Naperville. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

He met his goals and then some.He was patient with us and respectfull.We leased the car over the telephone.We talked off and on all day.We came to a verbal agreement and that night Harvey had the car ready for us and we signed the papers.It was a pleasure dealing with Harvey.
