He made our experience an easy but informative process. He was able to answer all our questions since we never had a hybrid before, we needed a patient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales person. This describes Harvey. He was a pleasure to work with. We give him a 5 star rating and arenow driving a new 2017 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid and loving it. The leasing option was able to be accomplished all in the same evening. We havent actually used the service center yet. We did however tour it and found it to be immaculate and found it to have quite an extensive work/service area with many bays. It was after hours so no employees were there. However, we will bring our vehicle in when we need to serviced to see the performance of the crew. More
