Harold was born and raised right here in the Roanoke Valley. He grew up around the drag racing and auto parts industry, eventually finding a home in automotive service consulting. With over 41 years of experience, he has been a proud member of the Southern Team family since 2008. He has a sincere appreciation for the flexibility Southern Team allows him to have in order to take care of whatever service needs his customers may have, and he respects First Team's commitment to offering the best customer service in the area. Harold is married and he enjoys spending time with his wife, his children, working out, playing golf, being involved with his church, spending time with his 4 grandchildren and the overall serenity of living in the Roanoke Valley.

The service was good and friendly, we purchased a 2022 vw tiguan, and brought it in because of issues with delayed response when taking off in traffic. I explained the situation to the manager and he was ful tiguan, and brought it in because of issues with delayed response when taking off in traffic. I explained the situation to the manager and he was fully aware of the on going problem with vw. He assured me that the problem could be fixed by some computer reprogramming. When I pick the car up I was told the technician test drove and was fine now. I'm an experienced mechanic and have been for 50 years plus. There are serious safety issues due to this problem and was told after speaking to the manager in service that I had to live with it. That it was an issue VW was working on and aware of but had no solution as of now. In the meantime I have to drive this vehicle and take risks every time I drive it. I'm very dissatisfied with this car and have expressed it to many and will continue to do so because of the seriousness and could prevent others in making the same mistake. The employees agreed the problem was know and not much else could be done. At least they were honest. . . More
