The result of our working together was that I drove my Jeep out of the dealership that same day. Hansel Enciso was my salesperson and he made every thing easy, answering all my concerns, and going the extra mile so I could feel confident in my transaction. My first time buying a car for myself and it couldn't have been easier. Also Edie Gonzalez and Paul Jacob each in their field, were very helpful, and were careful to answer all my questions. Once I was in the dealership that attitude continued, and my interaction with Eddie Gonzalez was nothing but satisfactory and informative. They have a great team working there and it resulted in me driving out of there with my 2023 Jeep Compass, which I love. They provided me with documents, facts and a video of the vehicle in a timely manner and delivered the car within 24 hours at our home in San Diego, which saved me an enormous amount of time. I liked they way they handle the problem of a missing set of keys and resolved the problems to our satisfaction. Kudos to Monrovia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I wish all car dealerships were like them! More
