My whole experience from start to finish was great. Hanna messaged me asking me if I was still interested in getting out my lease, and I was but wasn’t happy with how high the new lease payment was goi Hanna messaged me asking me if I was still interested in getting out my lease, and I was but wasn’t happy with how high the new lease payment was going to be. She and her manager got me right to where I wanted to be. The delivery process was extremely smooth. No one pushed for me to buy any packages but let me know about them all. Overall 10/10 experience. More

I don't like wasting time and cooling my heels; Manolo/Hannah coordinated their efforts to get my numbers and information to ensure this process when smoothly; MJ approved a pretty good deal for us; and Luis is always exceptional in the finance/paperwork. This is the 2nd of the 6 GMC's we've owned and both times we've had only the best process experience there; understand I pass two other GMC dealerships to get to Fountain - those guys need to do better in the customer relations business to get my attention/business; Fountain has always been in the mix for all my GMC considerations and will be in my future buys. Nicely done by the entire team. More
