Been dealing with a Hendrickson since 2015 and this was my worst experience, Henry is such a disrespectful nasty person, he very rude and I was just so disgusted with his nasty dirty attitude. Since new this car pulls to the right.I have complaints Since new this car pulls to the right. I have complaints about that every time I take it to service every 5,000 miles. Nobody cares. In the 20,000 Since new this car pulls to the right. I have complaints about that every time I take it to service every 5,000 miles. Nobody cares. In the 20,000 miles visit I was told they would do an alignment as a courtesy even though I was out of warranty. Problem persists. 25,000 miles visit was completed today and I noticed when I got home that my service advisor has not even mentioned my complaint in the work order. It does matter to write there because the tires pressure check was written down and not done. I know when my problem will be resolved, when I reach 36,000 miles and return the car. Toyota All Hendrickson never again. More
