El sábado por la mañana fui a hacer servicio de uno de mis vehículos llegue a las 9:33 de la mañana me dijeron q tardaría dos horas en entregarme mi carro lo cual la entrega estaba prevista para las 11:33 mis vehículos llegue a las 9:33 de la mañana me dijeron q tardaría dos horas en entregarme mi carro lo cual la entrega estaba prevista para las 11:33 de la mañana, a las 12:30 me acerqué a la persona q me recibió el carro para preguntar si mi carro ya estaba listo, a esa hora 3 horas después de haber llegado me dice q tengo q esperar dos horas mas por q mi carro ni siquiera lo estaba adentro del taller lo dejaron en el estacionamiento y se olvidaron de el 😡 aparte el señor q me recibió me dijo “ oye pero si tú llegastes a las 11” y le mostré la copia q el mismo me entrego donde claramente decía q a las 9:33 estaba entregando mi carro, no me dio ninguna solución ni nada solo me dijo bueno tienes q seguir esperando !!! Cogi mi carro y me retiré . La verdad me moleste por q soy cliente de all Hendrickson tenemos 3 vehículos de ahí y nunca me había pasado esto. More
