I had an appointment with Henry at 2pm. Upon getting there he was not around. I waited at least 1/2 hr, when mr Armando came to the rescue and took care of the paperwork and my car. He said that since there he was not around. I waited at least 1/2 hr, when mr Armando came to the rescue and took care of the paperwork and my car. He said that since I had to do the recall it will be awhile. I waited inside for Henry for an hour. I went out to find the status of my car and I waited politely for for another 20minutes and he disappeared again. Armando again came to the rescue. He told me they were working on the computer. After another 1 1/2 hrs, Henry walks in the waiting area and told me the car would not be ready until morning. He would arrange the shuttle. Another 1/2 hr. If Henry was there from the start, I probably could have taken the shuttle much earlier More
