I have called and left messages on a couple of occasions and have yet to hear from you or anyone else for that matter, question, you know whats wrong with the truck and don't want to deal with it or you don't know but still refuse to deal with it because the truck was not purchased at your dealership, which one is it?
I still have no idea what to do with this so-called case number that is on the invoice since the last time I was there, no one bothered to explain that to me. I don't want excuses, I want RESULTS, SO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, I will be making another appointment, just want this taken care of, not too much to ask, is it?
