My only complaint is about the check in process. This was my first time having my car serviced there and I made a 945am appointment. I had no idea who the appointment was with and had no idea how to This was my first time having my car serviced there and I made a 945am appointment. I had no idea who the appointment was with and had no idea how to find out for the first 15 or 20 minutes. That was due to the number of customers there, which there is no control over, but I didn't get to check in for almost an hour after I had arrived. There should be a better way of separating walk-ins from appointments from the very beginning so that people with appointments can be seen in a timely manner. Lipton Toyota is very good and organized when it comes to handling that. I usually go there but I thought I'd give Al Hendrickson Toyota a try because they're closer. After that everything was great and done in a timely manner. The staff was honest and didn't charge me for something they'd originally quoted me but later found out didn't need to be replaced. Because of their honesty, I will return again. The car is running smoothly so far. More

I am very frustrated with the service; The last two services the tires have not been rotated, even though the report says yes, but the worst thing is that I did an evaluation like this the first time b services the tires have not been rotated, even though the report says yes, but the worst thing is that I did an evaluation like this the first time but I also let Josh know the second time in service. Why am I sure they didn't rotate it? because the left front tire has a repair cord. My concern is what else, not so obvious, are they failing to do? ): More
