Good morning Jessica. I am a customer with more than 12 Toyota vehicles purchased from the dealer in the last 20 years and without problems. Sorry for not having responded quickly but as I expressed in my previous email I currently have 2 vehicles purchased at the end of 2019 (Tacoma Sport and RAV 4 Premium) of which the Rav4 is more deteriorated It filters rainwater inside and due to its excessive repair cost ($420.00) and being a construction error of the vehicle and the materials used, I was forced to solve the problem on my own with good results. The plastics around the front windshield are burned and broken. Very low quality materials. Failure in the valve (by pass valve) of the engine with a repair cost of $1,060.00 dollars. This valve is highly commented since its failure is very common, therefore it seems to me an undetected manufacturing error.
