When I went to have my tune up and I had gotten a letter from AH saying the part was in. So I had an appointment and they told me it would take less than fours. Then they said it wasn’t in.I said what took so long (6hrs) I was there in the waiting area. Then they said we will let you know when it comes in. No apology whatsoever. I’ve been going to that dealership since it opened. I could have gone to Al back in the day but those days are gone. I doubt if I’ll ever go back and I’m about to start looking. More
