Service Dept was great but check out was terrible. Check out lady was too busy talking to other workers and swiped my credit card as a debit card multiple times and thus it was denied. I got home and Check out lady was too busy talking to other workers and swiped my credit card as a debit card multiple times and thus it was denied. I got home and had a call from my credit card company suspecting fraudulent activity and they put a hold on my credit card. Customer service at checkout was absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service, terrible job skills and she acted like it was my fault the card was denied when it was HER error. Had she been paying attention to the customer instead of the guys who work there she MIGHT have completed her job properly. Less than satisfied with that area of Byers. More
