Well I went in too since my parents English is very limited. Mei had already worked up pricing with them and my parents stated she was very easy to work with. Which I found too. When I asked her questions about the vehicle, there was no BS from her, like I'd gotten from other sales reps. In fact, instead of making up stuff to sound as if she know, she would politely say she wasn't sure then got me the correct answer. This was very refreshing because I had a salesrep at another dealership just making stuff up, such as the pin access was eliminated in 2017, when I knew it was still a feature. She's also very accommodating. The vehicle had to be DX'ed from another dealership. When we would not sign the papers till we saw the vehicle, she had no issues. In fact, she stayed after her normal work hours the following day for us to come in. Bottom line, if you want to deal with a friendly and knowledgeable sales rep that is fair, go see Mei Kei. More

Wonderful Experience! I just got my Subaru WRX Limited last night, and I have to say, I've never been so in love with a car in my entire life! I dealt primarily with Greg Jacobson and Emily Bintz, and both were wonderful. They made the experience fast and painless, and Emily moved things along quickly once I got there to pick up the car. She was very knowledgeable, and extremely personable...just a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as Emily as a sales associate! Getting this car is exciting as it is, but then getting to work with such nice people too was the icing on the cake. Very happy customer right here! More

Respect Earned (Milton Taylor, Mei Kei Hong, Alex Laderer) We almost didn't come back. Over the weekend of April 12-14th, we were looking to purchase a Mercedes GLC 300. We dutifully stopped in at Heritage We almost didn't come back. Over the weekend of April 12-14th, we were looking to purchase a Mercedes GLC 300. We dutifully stopped in at Heritage Subaru, because we owed a Subaru. It was busy and nobody spoke to us for five minutes. I used the restroom and we left for Mercedes. The wife was uncomfortable with Mercedes. She was apprehensive of both the model and the maintenance cost. Back to Subaru, we go. Alex met us, researched my online request, put us in the vehicle and handed us over to Mei Kei. Mei Kei is a pro! Calm, firm, informed and kind. She was true to form, sales professional. I was tired (end of a long day), she was firm and consistent with data and willing to work for my business. Milton presented the bottom line, which was not what we wanted to hear ($200 extra payment/month than what we already pay and all the servide extras, I didn't want any of it!) He made mention of how some customers executed a 12 mos, refinance plan. Now, he had my ear. He persisted with researching the best APR for the loan. He secured a lower APR by 3 points, sold us on the Key Fob Replacement (we actually lost one before), GAP (upside down in our trade - coverage may help), Car Warranty (most 2019 electrical and mechanical components, plus bumper to bumper coverage, up to 100Kmiles - we traded a Subaru with 158+Kmiles), and 6mos/6k Maintanence Plan (oil changes, tire rotation). Now, my wife has peace of mind for bumper to bumper coverage on her new 2019 Subaru Outback Touring 2.5i! It is her daily travel car. She is accustommed to the service techs from our previous Subaru service. Happy wife, happy life and going the extra mile with research and poise closed the deal for Midnight Mei Kei and Mr. Milton Taylor! We were pleased with our first new car (discounted price), better relationship with Heritage staff, and a 12 month refinance plan for a 2020 Subaru!? Pleasurable Fun Experience I have shopped at Heritage - Mile One numerous times in the past. My very first time shopping at a Heritage, it was a pretty good experience. The 2n I have shopped at Heritage - Mile One numerous times in the past. My very first time shopping at a Heritage, it was a pretty good experience. The 2nd time was terrible. I swore that I would never step foot in another Heritage - Mile One dealership. After shopping around several dealerships, I figured I would have to take the risk and check this one out. I conversed with Mei Kei via e-mail over several days and we arranged for a time to test drive a New WRX and New STI. We test drove both of them on the same day with no hiccups. I decided to get the New WRX. The problem that I now had was that they did not have the trim/color that I wanted. Greg and Mei Kei took the time and effort to attempt to locate the exact color and trim that I wanted. After several days they finally found one for me. Unfortunately, I could not take delivery until the end of December. I had started my search in the beginning of December. I did my own research and could not find the vehicle that I wanted nor at the price that Mei Kei and Greg were willing to let this vehicle go for. Mei Kei was very attentive and was expeditious in answering my e-mails. She has a terrific attitude and was very personable and easy to get along with. I highly recommend Mei Kei and Greg for getting you in the car that you want!! More
