My 2021 Bmw x5M was stolen on thanksgiving night and I brought it back to BMW of FREEHOLD where I initially purchased the vehicle for repairs. He personally handled every detail, along with the nightmare that insurance can be and made sure my car was returned to me in both a timely manner and as if it came directly off the showroom floor. This dealership is one of the worst to deal with once you buy a car from them they don’t take your calls at all. I bought a car from them and less than a week the check engine light came on. Now it’s been 30 buy a car from them they don’t take your calls at all. I bought a car from them and less than a week the check engine light came on. Now it’s been 30 days and my temp registration is about to expire I contacted them and they are giving me the run around for that to. This company is well ware that I don’t live close by but yet I’ve had to go back 3 times for various issues. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vechile from this dealership. More
