Over the top I went to Regal KIA for an oil change,and was promptly met by a service employee.After speaking with the man,I was told that they would get right on t I went to Regal KIA for an oil change,and was promptly met by a service employee.After speaking with the man,I was told that they would get right on the oil change,so I walked into the waiting area,and relaxed.After a while I got up and started walking around and noticed my car was still parked near where I drove in,but other vehicles that came after me,where on the racks,being serviced. I asked a lady who works there,was there a problem.After I brought the issue to the nice lady...everything started happening very fast.Soon my car was returned to me,with the oil change,and cleaned very good.I was,not charged for the oil change, but it must be noted...one can purchase a KIA,from any dealership, but why? Outstanding place to buy a Kia.
