My best experience buying a new car I was at Regal's Kia dealership in Lakeland this past Friday to fix one of my old Sportage's tires and my wife said let's go and see how are the new o I was at Regal's Kia dealership in Lakeland this past Friday to fix one of my old Sportage's tires and my wife said let's go and see how are the new ones. And Greg came to us very friendly and professional and showed us one of the new ones and my wife love it. About two or three hours later, we drove out of the dealership with a brand new Kia Sportage. I have never been asked what type of driving I do. After our chat, we both agreed that the Forte would be a good fit for me. After the typical pricing chat, we came up with a deal I was very happy with. Greg has followed up since the sale to ensure I am happy. GO GREG !!!! The process of the turn over to finance could have been better. Seems they were short that day. After a wait time, I ended up going to their sister store next door to do the finance. More
