We left them feeling the way people tend to feel after that experience, disrespected and unimportant to the business. We were just another opportunity to take advantage of someone... Now, let's contrast that typical car buying experience with the people at Hardy. We will never buy a vehicle anywhere other than Hardy. Everyone was caring, concerned, and honest. That was refreshing after a long day of car shopping. We bought a 2020 Telluride. The price was where it should be so I didn't have to negotiate. The dealership fees were the lowest I have ever seen.
