This time I worked with sales guys Brett Clifton and Graham McCormick, who both did an outstanding job of moving me through the purchase process. The best part of dealing with Hardy is there is really NO pressure. Family issues stretched the time out between my initial visit and finalizing the purchase (total of almost two weeks), and Hardy stayed in touch throughout, but I never felt any pressure to "come on and do the deal" -- even when it didn't get happen on the original schedule. More

Easy, no haggle experiance I arrived at the dealership with my Yukon XL looking to trade it in and purchase a smaller used SUV. Upon getting out of my car Graham approached my f I arrived at the dealership with my Yukon XL looking to trade it in and purchase a smaller used SUV. Upon getting out of my car Graham approached my family and I and was very helpful when i handed him my list of vehicles i wanted to see. He quickly retrieved a key for every vehicle on my list and allowed be to test drive one after the other. He made sure i considered each one in detail and did not pressure me one way or another. He was very knowledgeable regarding warranty and Certified Pre Owned information. I was able to test drive 5 different SUV's in a timely manner and never felt rushed. Once I chose the 2016 Chevy Traverse everything moved quickly and without the back and forth you get at many other dealerships. Not only did they pay off my Yukon but i left with a newer SUV and lower payment. Thank you so much Graham for all your help and making this my best vehicle purchase to date! More

It was painfully obvious that the salesman did not taken seriously as someone who would actually buy a car without the assistance of her husband . I dropped in to the Hardy Superstore, expecting the same response as I did from the other lots, (which was come back with your husband). I was simply not the case. I was pleasantly surprised. My salesmen, Jerome and Garham, were awesome, They were both very friendly very helpful and very patient. Garham and I worked out a deal and I bought my car!!!! I have kept their business cards, and will be returning the next time I have to buy a vehicle. More
