Staff rushed detail and delivery of brand new car. No instructions on the features of car. Handed over the keys to me at 9PM as the dealership was closing. Detail staff could have cared less. Today, I had to call roadside assistance as the battery was dead. I’m sure the dealership just jumped started the car as it’s probably been sitting on the lot for a long time. Our salesman, Golden, was very professional and if he didn't have an answer to any of our questions, he made sure to get them. Both he and Vince did a great job negotiating both our trade-in and the pur didn't have an answer to any of our questions, he made sure to get them. They had more Wagoneers in stock than other places. It is still very much a dealership and there is nothing quick about it. Golden seemed to work hard for us.
