Horrible experience. I drove 5 hours one way to pick up my jeep and was told by the salesman that it was detailed and ready to go. When I arrived it was covered in tree s I drove 5 hours one way to pick up my jeep and was told by the salesman that it was detailed and ready to go. When I arrived it was covered in tree sap. The salesman said that he saw it but didn’t want to throw the detail department under the bus so he didn’t say anything. I ended up spending an extra 2 hours while I waited for it to be detailed properly. More

Golden was a fantastic salesman with no pressure or fooling around. We showed up to look at a used truck. After looking at several used trucks and about to walk out because we didn’t find what we wer fooling around. We showed up to look at a used truck. After looking at several used trucks and about to walk out because we didn’t find what we were looking for, he put us in a brand new RAM. Chris in finance saved us a bunch of money on programs we didn’t know existed. A+++ service. This was my 3rd vehicle purchased from this location. More

6 long inefficient hours for the total process. From the VERY beginning, the sales person seemed completely disinterested in me, the cars or creating a positive experience. Although we had 'met' by From the VERY beginning, the sales person seemed completely disinterested in me, the cars or creating a positive experience. Although we had 'met' by phone earlier in the day, he did not suggest that I come with stock numbers / He did not have a prepared strategy for presenting the otherwise organized printed list of vehicles I did come with / only got one key at a time which wasted a lot of time / He repeatedly & abruptly got up, left the desk without bothering to explain what the reason was / I was left on my own long enough that on several occasions, I started to walk around the facility or lot and he had to call me to find me again / he did not know the function or answers to questions such as: what the WK stands for, the "M" + & - on the gears / the correct position for the emergency brake / how to control the lights / never offered to lift the hood or talk about the mechanical features of any of the vehicles / actually verbally discouraged me from considering other vehicles after looking at 3 , saying I've seen enough already and should choose... / halfway through, he was fielding a couple for another sale at the same time / I never had the chance to take the vehicle for a higher speed test drive ( so only heard 2 questionable sounds on my way home). I was confused and visibly beginning to get agitated by these aspects and yet he did not offer anything, from a bottle of water - to addressing any glitches / The vehicle was evidently actually NOT given another detailing while the paperwork was going on, since they did not even take off an old blank label on the upper left front windshield, there were coins behind the seats, the floor mats were not put into place, etc. The back & forth on the finance aspects was like a stereotype cartoon of car salesmen / it felt and appeared to be like a shell game / the warranty fee was not well explained and it seems that the warranty costs that I turned down, were simply added back in under a different acronym heading that was not explained when asked and was apparently not negotiable any longer / the final price appears to certainly have been worked with behind the scene - until it matched the check I came with / although promised, some paperwork from the bank check I came with, were not returned / my address and email were both still incorrect 3/4 through the process / the UB stick I was given has un-openable blank pdf files so that I do not have any paperwork associated with the purchase. I called about this issue the next morning 5 times and was once put on hold for 12 minutes and or only transferred to message machines. I have requested that someone acknowledge this fact and confirm to me by phone that the paperwork will now be printed out and mailed to my address. I could continue with many other observations of a similar nature... The service at this dealership completely let me down and although I purchased a vehicle despite this below par service, I will not be a positive spokesperson... More
