Golden was transparent and helpful during the initial stages of our vehicle search, providing clear information and support. However, as we approached the final stages of the purchase, we felt rushed, wh stages of our vehicle search, providing clear information and support. Such as only being allowed to drive the vehicle in the parking lot of the dealership and not the highway. That was a major fail on our end to pursue the sale. The quality of the vehicle has been concerning, especially considering it has under 36,000 miles. The steering wheel shakes at highway speeds, and we haven’t even made our first payment yet. Additionally, despite Golden instructing the dealership to clean and touch up the vehicle, it was dirty upon end of sale. The next morning, we noticed pet hair stuck to the moonroof, and parts of the Jeep were missing or broken. Having purchased used vehicles before, I’ve never encountered such poor quality. This experience reflects poorly on the dealership, and I would caution others against buying from them, as the maintenance and service of the vehicles seem to be overlooked. More
