My entire experience with Dave Mungenast Honda was exceptional!!! From trying to find the right new car for me to delivery of my car. I wanted to purchase a crossover SUV because I have a baby, but exceptional!!! From trying to find the right new car for me to delivery of my car. I wanted to purchase a crossover SUV because I have a baby, but was not particularly fond of the CRVs. Gina Bommarito did not push me to keep considering the CRVs, but instead worked on getting me into a Pilot. I was not even thinking I could afford the Pilot, but Gina helped work out a payment plan with the sales manager, Tim Jordan, that worked for me. I cannot praise Gina enough as a salesperson!!! SHe was outstanding! I LOVE my Pilot and am so thankful Gina came up with the idea of selling me a Pilot. When it came down to finance, Ivo Saric was fantastic. He seemed to really care about me and my family and wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase. He offered me the different warranty packages and was not pushy about them when I declined some of them. I did purchase the extended warranty from Ivo and feel so safe and comfortable driving my car. The delivery process was fantastic. Gina was very knowledgable and stayed hours after she got off work to complete the delivery. I felt very comfortable driving off in my new Pilot. I will never purchase another car from anyone or anywhere else! More

I had a great experience with Gina, the salesperson. I called her and asked her about getting more miles and a better monthly payment on my lease. She called back the next day with an option. In the meantime, I had found an even better on the Honda website. She immediately made that work for me and facilitated the process in a friendly, knowledgeable, professional way. The finance person was great too and all the salespeople and others at Mungenast St. Louis Honda were friendly while I waited--Gina even went and helped clean the new car to speed things along. Free oil changes and other perks were a bonus after I'd signed the new lease. I'd definitely recommend this car dealership. More

We usually buy online, but the Crv was hard to get this summer. We were just looking around (on the hottest day of the year) and Gina helped us even though I told her we'd probably buy online. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She was an excellent Honda ambassador. A few days later, when we returned from vacation, there was just one nice letter- not a barrage of sales messages. So we went to Mungenast, asked for Gina and got our car. Very easy and exactly what we wanted- no hassles. We will definitely call her in the future for our next purchase. More
