It took at least 10 minutes before anyone came to me. Gil and another girl were working. The girl ignored everyone and Gil was the only one who welcomed all the customers. just seems that it depends on who you talk to what answer you get. Would be nice if everyone was on the same page so the information you get on the phone was the same as what you were told at the service de you get. Also when we asked to speak with a manager we were told our service rep was the manager by the rep. Would have been nice if he was identified by a tag or something. More

The bad thing was that I don't speak English very well and when making the diagnosis, the cost of labor (which seemed very high to me) and the spare parts were not mentioned clearly, nor was I able to see a printed form, to be able to accept or reject the job with total clarity and security, which is why I felt lost in the translation, I understood that the total would be around $260 and in the end the surprise was great when changing the AC blower cost almost $900. More
