Good at first then it went left. Bought a jeep on the 10 and now it's going on two weeks I just received my second key. Horrible Service First off I did everything on my purchase of the Ford 250 other than submit the paper work to capital one. Erick N was not responsive at all. Did not listen to what we were looking for and tried to get Jeremy to drive a 2019,3500. Every time I would ask Erick what was going on with the breakdown of numbers he would reply hours later my Sales Manager is looking at it or NOT reply at all. My husband had already went to the dealership and Erick's Associate called and said we have the truck. I told him we no longer needed his assistance as my husband was already at the dealership. Fast forward. We already agreed to the terms of the truck etc and all we needed was the finance department to draw up the docs. We waited over 2 hours. They apologized that they only had 2 finance associate working. This is the same story I have gotten over and over. If your dealership is that busy you need to staff accordingly. The only kind associate I dealt with through the whole buying of the truck was Gerardo Hernandez. Erick did nothing on this deal and does not deserve the commission off of the sale. Now we are back in financing and signing the paper work takes a very long time. We did not leave the dealership till almost 11:30 pm. My arrival time is 7pm at the dealership. Again, I found the truck, I was already pre approved with capital one etc. I was told by Allan he would submit everything to capital one and follow up with me the following morning prior to lunch. That of course did not happen. I had to call him and all I get is everything is fine. Well I call Capital One and they have not received any of the information from the dealership. Allan proceeded to tell me if I keep calling Capital One they may deny my deal. Really number one that is against the law and 2 why would they deny me the loan if I am calling to see if the dealership had completed their job! Allan simply did not want me calling due to the lack of doing his job. I knew the reviews about this dealership were probably correct and I should not have dealt with them, So I waited thinking Allan will submit and call me back to let me know. That never happen. I had to call him and left a voicemail and also a email. I heard nothing back. So I call back on Tuesday morning to follow up and I get Allan manager on the phone. He proceeded to tell me 3 different lies. The paper work has been fed-ex to Capital one. Why would I e-sign everything for you to print and fed ex the papers to capital one. Finally after calling him out on several lies I get to speak back to Allan. Same story,I am sorry I didn't get to call you back we were busy and there was only 2 finance managers in today. At this point I do not care. Their customer service level is crap. Here it is Friday and nothing has been completed on my loan. It is very simple transaction , I found the truck , I already had my pre-approval from Capital One and the only thing for Rick Hendricks needed to do was submit my contract etc to capital one. So why are they charging me 749 processing fee when I did everything on my loan? They had one job and was not competent enough to do that! I was going to have my daughter go to the dealership to get her a new car but I refuse to let her go to this dealership. I witness most of the employees there on their phones or talking and laughing with other co workers etc. I do not appreciate the lies, the customer service issue etc. This place is very unprofessional and will not ever step foot back on the dealership lot. More

Amazing I went to the store looking for a Jeep Wrangler, but it was out of my price range. But they didn’t give up. They showed me cars and I found this littl I went to the store looking for a Jeep Wrangler, but it was out of my price range. But they didn’t give up. They showed me cars and I found this little Toyota Camry sport I fell in love with. My sales associates Zack, Gerardo were awesome and so friendly. The only con is how slow everything takes i was there open to past close. But I am happy and in love with my new car. Thank you. More
