I had a great experience with George McMickle and Bernard Birch. I went in after seeing a car online and took it for a test drive. The trade-in and purchase experience was pretty quick without any hiccups; Birch. I went in after seeing a car online and took it for a test drive. The trade-in and purchase experience was pretty quick without any hiccups; I was in and out in about two hours. George and Bernard were very helpful in getting me the deal I wanted....thanks guys!!! I would recommend them to my friends and family plus now my mother wants to go see George to trade in her car! I love my new purchase ;) More

This dealership has a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. We were able to look at the pre-owned inventory online so knew exactly what we wanted. We traveled just for this dealership bas pre-owned vehicles. We were able to look at the pre-owned inventory online so knew exactly what we wanted. We traveled just for this dealership based on prior reviews . Bernard and George assisted us in test driving and then purchasing. Great experience. More

DO NOT do business with this dealership.I went in to DO NOT do business with this dealership. I went in to speak to them about a car I saw online. Sat down for an hour, was ready to make a purchase aft DO NOT do business with this dealership. I went in to speak to them about a car I saw online. Sat down for an hour, was ready to make a purchase after we went through all the numbers. They tried to of course add a $3,995 certified fee but I assure them I went to multiple Nissans and the cost was $1,995. They agreed with me and and then added their taxes, documentation fees, and DMV fees. They tried to sell me a DMV for $500. Let's be real, DMV price starts at $270 so we got that lowered. The guy went into speak to his manager and said we can't sell you the car because we're selling you the car for too low! WHAT!? Then they have the nerve to say if you go through our finance center, we can sell you the car. They take MCU bank but did not want to. That's illegal! They make a profit when you go through their bank. I walked out and told them I was calling consumer affairs and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The next morning I go on the website and they upped the price of the car by $1,000! I took pictures of the price listed from the night before. Crazy! They also spoke right in front of me, arguing with the sales person on why DID they show me a lower price. That they don't make money when I pay for the $1,995 certified fee. Which is BS anyway because that's their pocket money but I went along with it. HORRIBLE! More

The showroom was beautiful and clean. I was glad to see all the agents were masked and social distancing. I made a fabulous purchase of a 2021 Nissan Rogue and am very happy with it. On july 29 2019 they installed a front passenger seat in my 2018 rogue.Scott Hirsch told me it was from a brand new 2019 rogue.They even walked me over to a 2019 rogue with a missing front passenger seat.H my 2018 rogue.Scott Hirsch told me it was from a brand new 2019 rogue.They even walked me over to a 2019 rogue with a missing front passenger seat.H e made me sighn a release.Then they installed seat.I noticed minor scuff marks on it about 10 minutes later.I purchased a seat from lentini salvage yard.I returned it because it was making my skin irritated and causing respiratory problems.I tried to let it air out for several weeks in my backyard and garage.Had to return it because it may me very sick being near it.They installed the seat from the junkyard on july 29.I went to the emergency room 2 weeks later with severe throat irritation and skin rash contacted owners repeatedly on voicemail.Complete waste of time.Car cannot be driven for any lengnth of time without getting sick.I just got out of monmouth medical center today I drove it from north jersey to long branch More
