Had problems with screen on radio not connecting properly. Took it in to be looked at and they could not identify the problem. Did a full reset on my car and ended up messing something up where my r properly. Took it in to be looked at and they could not identify the problem. Did a full reset on my car and ended up messing something up where my radio and screen would not turn off when the car was off and it ended up draining my battery where I couldn’t start the car at all. When I tried calling back to inform them of this, no one took my call and was never called back. More
