I have bought a few cars from Ray Chevrolet in the past and just bought another one a few days ago and again was 100% satisfied. If you are looking for sincere, honest, warm and accommodating service then I have two names for you. Ed Dembski and George Gigovski. Picture this. Chicagoland Area. Temperature is below 0, a sever accommodating service then I have two names for you. Ed Dembski and George Gigovski. Picture this. Chicagoland Area. Temperature is below 0, a severe snow storm is in action and we have 2 children with us-looking to buy a car. Yes. We are insane. Ray Chevrolet was the easiest car dealer that we have EVER dealt with. You truly do not feel like, "just another sale." Ed and George went so above and beyond that our family walked out with not only 1 but 2 VEHICLES! Yep. That is right. You may think that this is due to the fact that they are simply good at their job, however, this is because Ed and George were able to figure out exactly what we were really wanting and made the numbers work. No hassle. No back and forth. No pressure. No questioning our decisions. This was just good old, amazing, customer service and valuing the customer. Thank you, Ed and George, for making our little family so happy. I guess being insane worked out this time. More

The folks at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake were just phenomenal! They were not pushy at all and were very helpful in trying to find a vehicle that fit my lifestyle and what I was looking for.
