I leased a car from Big Star Cadillac and that was a great transaction, and the Service Department was very good in fixing several problems which came up during the years following. Then after 4 years, great transaction, and the Service Department was very good in fixing several problems which came up during the years following. Then after 4 years, I purchased the car I was leasing. The salesman ZULFI CHOUDHRY helped me with the transition. He was extremely helpful to me during the processing. The whole process was smooth because of his great assistance. Also, Gary Yannibelli helped me in the beginning. He was very helpful but had to be out for medical reasons. Zulfi Choudhry stepped in to work on the purchase transition. Zulfi was wonderful and took care of everything in the process. I am very pleased with everything. More

hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the used car I purchased from your dealership on January 23. During the purchase process, I was informe I am writing to express my concerns regarding the used car I purchased from your dealership on January 23. During the purchase process, I was informed that the price was non-negotiable due to your extensive multi-point inspection of the vehicle. Additionally, I was assured that there was a 3-month, 3,000-mile warranty to cover any issues that might arise. Unfortunately, the service I received has not met my expectations. Here are the issues I have encountered: 1. Windshield Crack: There was a crack in the windshield, which was repaired before I picked up the car. 2. Tire Pressure: I noticed that the front of the car seemed to bounce when driving down the freeway, and I realized that all the tires were low in air by 10 pounds. 3. Windshield Wipers: The windshield wipers streak, affecting visibility. 4. Recalls: There are two recalls on the car that have not been addressed. 5. Brake Noise: I noticed a squealing noise from the brakes. Given these issues, I feel that the car did not receive a proper inspection. On the day I made an appointment to bring the car in for service, I called to speak with Gary, but he was unavailable. I explained to the receptionist that I wanted to ensure the car had a warranty before bringing it in. She informed me that I would need to bring the car in before they could check the warranty. I brought the car in on March 5. The gentleman in the service department suggested I take the car to a Volkswagen dealership because they would have better knowledge of checking the car. I explained that I brought it to Big Star Cadillac because of the warranty. He then informed me that the car did not have a warranty and said he would message Gary to call me. I called that afternoon, but Gary was not available. I left a message with the receptionist, who said she would send a message to the manager. As of March 14,2025, I have not heard back. More
